In order to improve the image of Xiangyang, there will be a Chinese 'Zhuge Liang Cultural Tourism Festival, which consists activities concerning culture, commerce and tourism. The festival is held in Xiangyang, Hubei Province in December 3, 2011.
P.S.: Zhuge Liang is a brilliant military counsellor in the state of Shu (221-263 A.D.).
